Turn a Discord clip into a GIF.

Open a video message's Apps menu, choose Make Fragmingo GIF, pick a fixed FragClip preset, and Fragmingo posts a 2-5 second GIF reply. Source videos up to 30s are accepted on every plan within file-size limits, then downscaled to the selected GIF preset.

1. Video message

Pick an mp4, mov, or webm attachment already posted in Discord.

2. Apps menu

Use the Apps menu on the video message, not the general Apps button. Choose Make Fragmingo GIF from the message's Apps menu.

3. GIF reply

Fragmingo returns a fixed-preset GIF: Free compact is 256x144 / 2s, while Pro adds 5s and 480x270 HD options. No audio.

How to make a GIF in Discord

The first job is simple: add the bot, type one command, and get the GIF in the channel.

1. Add the bot

Add Fragmingo to the server; account authorization alone is not enough. Add it where the jokes already happen.

2. Run a command

First, run /fragmingo text:helloThat creates the first GIF. The template field shows matching styles. For video, open an mp4, mov, or webm message's Apps menu and choose Make Fragmingo GIF. FragClip uses the first 2 seconds of the video.

3. GIF posts to the channel

Fragmingo returns the finished reaction GIF in Discord. Save to server is available later for reusable reactions.

Anti-spam limits

Fragmingo is a reaction GIF bot for normal Discord conversations. It is not for mass posting, raids, or automated request traffic.

Daily caps

Free users can create 10 text GIFs per day. Pro raises daily limits, but still keeps usage bounded.

No queue flooding

Each user can only have 2 render jobs pending at once. The whole renderer also stops accepting jobs when the queue is busy.

Responsible use

Automating requests, bypassing limits, or using the bot to disrupt a server is not allowed.
