1 Pro export: USD 0.99; 5 Pro exports: USD 3.99 (both one-time and valid for 180 days); User Pro: USD 4.99/month; Server Premium: USD 9.99/month launch price while available, otherwise USD 19.99/month. No additional service fees are charged beyond the displayed price.
Payment method and timing
Credit card via Stripe. Pro exports and other one-time products are charged at purchase. Subscriptions are charged when started and on each renewal date.
Service delivery
Pro exports are granted immediately after successful payment, usually within one minute. Each new Pro export purchase is valid for 180 days.
Cancellation
Pro export purchases are one-time payments and create no subscription. User Pro subscriptions can be canceled from /frag billing; Server Premium can be canceled by a user with Manage Server permission from /frag server-billing.
Returns and refunds
Unused Pro exports are revoked after a full refund. Partial refunds or refunds after use require manual review. Other refunds are not provided after digital service delivery except where required by law or where Fragmingo confirms a service failure.
