Payment method and timing
Credit card via Stripe. Subscriptions are charged when started and on each renewal date.
Service delivery
User Pro or Server Premium becomes available immediately after successful payment, usually within one minute.
Cancellation
User Pro can be canceled from the billing portal opened with /frag billing in Discord. Server Premium can be canceled by a user with Manage Server permission from the portal opened with /frag server-billing. Paid features remain available until the end of the paid period.
Returns and refunds
Because Fragmingo is a digital service, refunds are not provided after service delivery except where required by law.
