By using Fragmingo, you agree to use the bot, website, and Chrome extension responsibly and only in servers where you have permission to use Discord slash commands.

Service

• Fragmingo turns short user-submitted text and supported Discord video attachments into animated GIFs for Discord.
• The Chrome extension turns text into GIFs locally and may connect to Discord only to verify the same User Pro subscription used by the Discord bot.
• The service is in early release and may change, pause, or remove features without notice.
• Free and Pro limits may be adjusted as the service is tested.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, or infringing content.
• Do not use Fragmingo to create or share sexual or otherwise NSFW content. This includes sexually explicit text, captions, video attachments, and generated GIFs.
• Do not automate requests, bypass rate limits, or attempt to disrupt the renderer, website, or Discord bot.
• Server owners are responsible for how the bot is used in their Discord servers.

Generated GIFs

• You are responsible for the text, captions, video attachments, and GIFs you share.
• Pressing Save to server stores that GIF so members of the same Discord server can repost it with /frag use.
• Free GIFs may include a small fragmingo.app watermark.
• Fragmingo may remove stored render files, saved server GIFs, or history as part of routine cleanup or moderation.

Paid features

• FragClip Pro exports are one-time digital purchases: 1 Pro export for $0.99, or 5 Pro exports for $3.99 after a first successful purchase. Each new purchase is valid for 180 days and does not create a subscription.
• A Pro export is consumed only after a Pro GIF render completes successfully. A failed render does not consume an export, and posting the same completed preview does not consume another one. Exports are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be used only for Fragmingo Pro video GIF exports.
• Unused exports from a fully refunded purchase are revoked. Partial refunds and refunds requested after exports have been consumed require manual review. Fees already paid are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law or where Fragmingo confirms a service failure.
• Fragmingo Pro is optional user paid access billed through Stripe. Depending on the active checkout test, it may be sold as a subscription or as a one-time pass.
• Fragmingo Pro ($4.99/month) is one user entitlement shared across Discord and the Chrome extension. It removes the watermark, unlocks all packaged Chrome templates, and currently includes 3-5s and HD FragClip presets, larger video uploads, 50 text GIF renders/day, 10 video-to-GIF renders/day, priority rendering, and access to Pro styles when available. Source videos can be up to 30s on both Free and Pro.
• Server Premium is an optional monthly server subscription billed through Stripe. The regular price is $19.99/month. The launch price is $9.99/month for early servers while the launch offer is active, and early servers keep that price while the subscription stays active. It removes the watermark for everyone in that server, applies shared server-wide limits, keeps per-user fair-use limits, and enables priority rendering.
• Server Library remains a beta utility and is not the main upgrade reason for this test.
• User Pro subscriptions can be canceled any time from the billing portal opened with /frag billing in Discord. One-time passes do not renew and do not create a subscription to cancel. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• A user with Manage Server permission can cancel Server Premium any time from the billing portal opened with /frag server-billing in Discord. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Availability

Fragmingo is provided as-is without warranties. We are not responsible for Discord outages, failed renders, deleted files, or service interruptions.
